– collecting and preparing of the necessary data for the obtaining of technical specifications;

Developing of design estimate documentation

– project design documentation in accordance with RF Government Regulation No. 87 dated 16.02.2008;

– detail design documentation;

– cost estimating documentation;

– providing the customer with the complete set of design documentation in paper and in soft forms.

Cooperation with subcontractor

“PROMPROJECT”LLC in accordance with the customer’s opinion can carry out the cooperation with subcontractors in three different ways such as:

– As a customer;

– Performing the functions of the customer;

– Performing the functions of intermediary.

Anyway, “PROMPROJECT” LLC will carry out the control of the subcontractor project implementation:

– Conduct the selection of a contractor on competitive basis;

– Execution of contract (or assistance in the execution) on full range of design works and surveying as well as coordination of direct negotiations between the customer and subcontractor;

– Preparation of technical assignments for the execution of the design and survey works;

– Coordination of the project design solutions during the execution of design works;

– Finalization and approval of the principal engineering solution;

– Conduct the finalization and approval of the documentation executed by subcontractors, check the compliance of the design assignment with the specified requirements and control the quality.

Passing the state and non-state expertize

– Execute the function of the customer during the passing of State and non-State expertize;

– Support the customer in passing of the expertize.

Assistance in the construction of the object

– Construction design supervision to the execution of the design solutions;

– Preparing of the operating set of documents (executive documentation) on the completion of construction;

– Participation for the commissioning of the object.
