- Gas supply systems We carry out designing of gas facilities and their complexes. To design this part we execute the diagram of gas supply system including the layout of pipe networks, fittings and necessary equipment. We also determine the characteristics of the gas supply sources, fuel mode (and its features), the gas network routing (and its diameter) and supposed difficulties during the pipelining and installation of the gas supply system.
- Communications systems When designing the communications systems we take into account the possibility of further network expansion in order to avoid the re-design works for the communications point during network expansion.

- Environmental project In this part of design documents we develop the solutions concerned to environment protection due to supposed production operation of the object. It contains project design justification of environment protection measures, restoration of the natural environment, harmonious exploitation and restoration of natural resources, ensuring of the environmental safety.
- Fire safety measures We develop the fire safety measures including the preparation of Fire Safety Declaration, design of smoke control system, firefighting pipework, fire alarm and evacuation control system, automatic sprinkler system and the calculation of fire and explosion hazard category for the buildings, building spaces and outdoor facilities.
- Measures of providing the compliance to the requirements of energy efficiency and requirements of providing buildings and structures with devices for the measuring of used energy resources. We execute the calculation of buildings energy efficiency index in order to save an energy in providing the optimal sanitary-hygienic parameters of internal climate and longevity (durability) of building envelope. We also execute the Building Energy Rating Certificate (BER Certificate) and validating the energy efficiency index for compliance with requirements to the building heat insulation.
- Event list of civil defense measures and prevention measures to natural and man-made emergency situations We describe the event concerning the protection of the population and territories as well as reducing the material damage from the natural and man-made emergency situations and dangerous that occurred due to military action or sabotage and terrorist attacks.
- Specifically designed nonstandard equipment We develop the detail drawings of nonstandard items and also develop the design of the buildings for the plant to manufacturing such nonstandard items (including nonstandard specifically designed electrical cabinets, control boards and control cabinets).
- Project budget (construction estimating) To execute the budget calculations we use the modern accounting software programs and the base of common technical standards.
